Configuration des paramètres de notification

Les notifications peuvent être envoyées dans le cadre des processus de provisionnement et d'extraction des colonnes.

Configurer les paramètres de notification pour l'exportation des notes

  1. Connectez-vous à Blackboard à l'aide d'un compte utilisateur doté de privilèges d'administrateur système.

  2. Ouvrez le panneau de configuration de l'administrateur.

  3. Sélectionnez Prolongations de plateforme dans Gestion du cloud.

  4. Choisissez Modifier les paramètres dans le menu contextuel de Note Export v2.

  5. Assurez-vous que le bouton bascule de la Disponibilité de l'exportation des notes est activé. Un bouton « Caractéristiques de Notes Journey » apparaîtra, que vous ne pouvez pas sélectionner ; le texte contient plus d'informations sur la prolongation Notes Journey, disponible avec une implication payante. Pour plus d'informations sur les fonctionnalités supplémentaires disponibles avec Notes Journey, veuillez contacter le responsable de votre compte.

  6. Sélectionnez l'onglet Paramètres de notification.

  7. Renseignez les champs pour chaque type de notification.

    Note

    /n n'est pas obligatoire pour créer une nouvelle ligne. Vous pouvez ajouter des retours ou de nouvelles lignes dans le modèle.

Assignment & Grade Columns

These email notifications are sent when the grade column and assignment provisioning process has been completed.

  1. Enter the email addresses that should receive the email in the To Address field. This is often an admin email or a distribution list.

  2. Enter the email address that the email will appear to be coming from (for example, noreply@domain) in the From Address field.

  3. Enter the subject line for the email in the Subject field.

  4. Enter the template for the text of the email in the Body Template field.

Grade Extract

These email notifications are sent when the grade extract process has been completed.

  1. Enter the email addresses that should receive the email in the To Address field. This is often an admin email, a distribution list, or the $INSTRUCTORS$ token. People in this field will receive an email for each course that is included in an extract. Instructors will only receive emails for their own courses.

  2. Enter administrator email addresses in the Admin To Address field. Admins listed in this field will receive one email when the grade extract process is complete with a text file attached that includes the course IDs of all courses included in the extract.

  3. Enter the email address that the email will appear to be coming from (for example, noreply@domain) in the From Address field.

  4. Enter the subject line for the email in the Subject field.

  5. Enter the template for the text of the email in the Body Template field.

Grade Event Notification

These notifications are sent when changes are made to the grades columns that were added by the Grades Journey integration. For example, if an instructor accidentally deleted a provisioned grade column, a notification would be sent to the specified email address informing the administrator of this situation so it could be corrected.

  1. Choose the Type of notification from the menu.

    • None: no notifications are sent

    • Email: notifications are sent by email

  2. Enter the email addresses that should receive the email in the To Address field. This is often an admin email or a distribution list.

  3. Enter the email address that the email will appear to be coming from (for example, noreply@domain) in the From Address field.

  4. Enter the subject line for the email in the Subject field.

  5. Enter the template for the text of the email in the Body Template field.

Select Submit to save your settings.
