We are working to make our form submission and commerce processing system even more reliable. Though, in frequent, users occasionally run into issue when submitting forms in the Encompass platform. Some examples of these issues might be an improperly configured form or a time-out when trying to process a transaction. We are working diligently to further reduce the likelihood of these types of issues occurring.
