Feature spotlight: Email Marketing History in Member Profile

A new Communication History grid has been added to the member profile, enabling system administrators to quickly review an individual’s email marketing activity in one centralized view.

The grid displays key details for each email, including:

  • Email name

  • Date sent

  • Subject line

  • Category

  • Engagement metrics (opened, clicked, converted, unsubscribed)

This enhancement provides admins with a faster, more actionable overview of how a constituent has interacted with email communications over time. By consolidating engagement data within the member profile, admins can more effectively evaluate communication history, identify trends, and follow up with tailored outreach.
