Admin Dashboard Site Stats EMAIL Members with Valid Emails - Number of constituents with a valid email address as of the last day of the date range in the community. Does not include non-members or constituents without a constituent ID.
Percentage of Members with Valid Emails - Percentage of constituents in the community with a valid email address as of the last day of the date range. Does not include non-members or constituents without a constituent ID.
Total Emails Sent - Total number of emails sent during the date range by the community.
Total Emails Opened - Total number of emails sent by the community during the date range that were opened. Incrementally updated daily for a month after the initial sent date.
Total Email Kickbacks - Total number of kickbacks related to emails that were sent during the date range by the community. Incrementally updated daily for a month after the initial sent date.
Total Email Clicks - Total number of clicks on links contained in emails that were sent during the date range by the community. Incrementally updated daily for a month after the initial sent date.
Unique Email Clicks - Unique number of clicks per member per email instance during the date range by community. Incrementally updated daily for a month after the initial sent date.
EVENTS
Event Registrations - Total number of event registrations (not registrants) during the date range in the community.
Event Purchases - Total event purchase dollars brought in during the date range in the community.
Event Items - Total number of event item purchases during the date range in the community. Does not include donations made on event registration forms.
ONLINE GIVING
Number of Donations - Total number of donations during date range by the community.
Total Donation Dollars - Total dollars donated during the date range by the community.
MEMBERSHIPS
Number of Memberships - Total number of memberships purchased during the date range by the community.
Total Membership Dollars - Total membership dollars brought in during the date range by the community.
LOGINS
Total Logins - Total number of logins during the date range by the community. (Based on tracking actions of Login, AutoLogin, and TempLogin)
Total Unique Logins - Number of unique constituents who logged in during the date range for the community.
PROFILE
Total Profile Updates - Total number of profile updates during the date range for the community (Based on the tracking action of ProfileUpdate)
Total Unique Profile Updates - Unique number of constituents who updated their profile during the date range in the community.
