Tracking Actions Reports
TrackingActions reports review what admins and constituents do when they visit the site. These reports track information by ID, Name, and Date.
The reports provide information based on visitor activities during a defined time period. To report on all activities between the site's inception and the current date, simply leave the date selection boxes blank.
Select Members > Site Statistics.
You will be working in the section labeled Tracking Actions.
Select the tracking actions that you want to include in the report. You can multi-select using the Control or Shift keys. The Tracking Actions are separated into Admin actions and Constituent/User actions. You can see the Admin actions at the beginning of list.
Select the date range that you want the report to cover.
Sort by: To sort your report, click the radio button associated with your choice.
Click Generate Report.
You will see a preview of the report.
Click Download File to save the report as a CSV file.
