Enhancements

Add a name for new email template folders

Creating a new folder for email templates now opens a window to enter a folder name. Previously, folders were automatically named "New Folder," which often led to duplicates and required renaming. This update helps reduce confusion and saves time by prompting the user for a folder name during creation.

Load Leaderboard totals faster

We’ve optimized the backend process that powers leaderboard totals. This optimization leads to significantly faster load times, especially for clients using multiple scoreboards on a single page.

Accessibility Improvements

Form controls are elements on a form users use to enter information or make selections. Some common examples are buttons, checkboxes, and text fields. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and meet WCAG standards, we made a targeted improvement to specific form controls.

Issue: The visible label in the donations fields contained a currency label that was not present in the accessible name.

Resolution: Now, the currency label is included in the accessible name for each label so that it matches the visible text.

Scoreboards	2560472	Previously, when a user created an Ambassador Challenge, the start and end dates where displaying as one day earlier than what was chosen and times were defaulting to 6:00 PM. Now, the dates are saved correctly, and the time is defaulting to 12:00 AM as expected.
Events	2428280	When inserting links on event finish pages that included dynamic tokens with spaces (such as ##Member ID##), the spaces were previously being encoded as %20. This encoding prevented the links from working correctly. We resolved the issue and these tokens now preserve spaces properly on finish pages.
Forms Reporting	2407092	Previously, changing the event's time zone or the site's administrative reporting offset was causing an error for some clients when running optimized event reports. Now, optimized event reports run reliably even after time zone or offset updates.
Scoreboards	2559285	The UI display for Ambassador Scoreboards did not reflect the correct order set with the arrow buttons on the configuration screen. Now, the UI accurately displays what is set in the configuration.
Email Marketing	2372839	The system was sending duplicate BCC emails of outgoing messages to admins who were configured to receive them. Now, only one copy is being sent to each recipient.
Email Reporting	2327199	We fixed an issue where the getRecipients endpoint of the Email Metric API incorrectly returned only one (or zero) recipient per email, even when multiple successful sends were recorded. The API now correctly returns the full list of recipients associated with each message.
Email Marketing	2574514	Previously, when using Dynamic Content Styles in email loops, the body font size and the button text color were not being applied correctly. Now, these styles render as expected.
Email Marketing	1199583	Tokens that contain spaces in their names were causing errors when used in URLs (particularly in text links, button links, or image links) generated from merge lists. Now, tokens with spaces in their names merge correctly and are supported across all link types.
Email Marketing	2228731	We fixed an issue where clients experienced noticeable lag when searching or scrolling through Favorite Blocks in the email editor.
Foundations	2559282	Previously, admins experienced multiple issues when working with cloned Patternized Content Blocks. These issues included blank screens, consoles errors, infinite spinners on save, and broken article management workflows. Now, cloned Patternized Content Blocks function as expected, without errors.
Reporting	2570103	When manually editing the date fields in the GTE Report Builder or Event Reconciliation reports, the cursor automatically jumped to the end of the text after each keystroke. We corrected this behavior and the cursor now stays in place as expected.
Events	2571840	Sometimes additional profile or reusable fields selected by admins for include in the Event Reconciliation with Adjustments report did not appear in the report. Now, all selected additional fields appear in the report.
Gold Key	2577157	We fixed an issue where links under the Support menu were no longer functioning as intended. Now, those links point users to the correct URLs.
CMS	2554427	We fixed an issue where when you made changes in the Patternized Content Block, such as sorting, and saved, the system flashed an API error. Now, the error is no longer displayed.
