Site Import
Creates sites for courses and surveys and helps the manager avoid manual data entry. This import is for schools that do rotation or experiential learning experience surveys. If the school does not use Teaching Sites, then there is no need to do this import.

SiteName | Yes | Name of the Teaching Site that students go to outside of the classroom setting. For health professions schools this import would be used for hospital or clinic sites. For other colleges and universities this could be internship sites. For example in an education program this import would be used to bring in all the school sites where students would be student teaching. |
SiteAbbreviation | Yes | Abbreviation of the teaching site name. Make this abbreviation something that can be recognized in reports and survey set up. |
SiteType | Yes | Used to organize or group the different types of teaching sites. |
SiteAdministrator | Yes | This field will be used to identify the Site Administrator in the database. Users can use one of the following fields in this column: School ID Number, User Name, or Email Address. The Site Administrator role will be added to all user records found in the import. A warning will be issued if a user is included in the import that cannot be found in Course Evaluations. |
Active | Yes | The field indicates that the site is either active "Y" or inactive "N". Sites that are imported with a “N” flag, will automatically be deactivated. |
