What do the -1s and 0s in my export represent?

Exported evaluation results will pull both Not Applicable (-1s) and No Comment (0s) answers along with the other likert scaled scores. Remove all -1s and 0s from the Excel file before any calculations are made so these do not adversely affect the overall score. Reports within the system automatically exclude these in calculations.
