Jenzabar/JICS Import File Generation

Looking for a way to pull data import files from Jenzabar/JICS? If so, this article will help:

  • Set up the JICS/Course Evaluations Portlet

  • In the Administrator tab of JICS pick the term that the files are needed for

  • Click 'Generate Files'

  • Go to file location to retrieve files - This location was set set up when the JICS/Course Evaluations Portlet was set up

  • Import files manually or set up the automated import process in Course Evaluations
