Survey Site Set Up - Experiential Learning (Rotation) Features

Site Managers must enable/disable Experiential Learning (Rotation) features for Anthology Course Evaluations sites. This allows for a more focused menu that is specific to an institutions needs. Enabling will show menu items specific to rotation evaluations and allow the creation of new rotation administrations and templates.

By enabling, the following menu items will be available:

  • Rotation Block & Site Setup

  • Creating a New Rotation Survey Administration

  • Reporting related to rotations

  • Imports related to rotations

Disabling will not remove any historical rotation administrations, results, etc., but will improve the navigation experience for Manager Users not using experiential learning administrations.

Enable by:

  1. Visiting “Survey Site Setup”

  2. Expand the “Experiential Learning (Rotation) Features” section

  3. Choose “Enable Rotation Features”

  4. Save

Optional: “Copy section settings to all databases” for sites using database settings.
