Rules for Dual Role/TA Imports

  • Add Faculty, Responsible Faculty, Participating Faculty roles if missing

  • Add student role if missing

  • Add T/A role if the Auto-add the T/A role for dual-role people checkbox is checked

  • The primary role is always set to Dual

  • New programs will be added only if Create any non-existent Programs checkbox is checked.

  • New departments will be added only if Create any non-existent Departments checkbox is checked.
