My students are in a lock-step curriculum, so how do I move them each year and when should I do this?

Students in courses moving as a unit from one year to the next can be automatically shifted by going into the Set-up Menu, School Database Set-up page. First, verify that the school is set-up as a Lock-Step curriculum (do so by checking the Lock-Step box). Then change the year range at the end of the semester (depending on the school's specific schedule) and Save.
