Course Survey Availability Import
The Course Survey Availability import is used to assign custom survey dates/windows to courses.
Required Import Fields:
Description | Updatable | Notes |
CourseNumber | No | Each Course must have a Course Number. |
StartDate | Yes | Course/Survey Start Date. Format is YYYYMMDD |
EndDate | Yes | Course/Survey End Date. Format is YYYYMMDD |
Other non-required fields include:

CourseSection | No | Courses may have a Section ID. |
Period | No | Must Match EXACTLY the Assessment Periods setup within Course Evaluations. If no match can be found, the record will not be imported. Examples: SP2010, 201005 etc. |
StartTime | Yes | Course/Survey Start Time. Format is hh:mmAM or hh:mmPM for 12 hour clock. -OR- hh:mm for 24 hour clock where hh is 00->23 |
EndTime | Yes | Course/Survey End Time. Format is hh:mmAM or hh:mmPM for 12 hour clock. -OR- hh:mm for 24 hour clock where hh is 00->23 |
