My Reports are Missing Lines and Grids

How do I get background lines/color/images to appear in my browser?

For Internet Explorer: Go to Tools→ Internet Options→ Advanced→ Printing→ Check the Background Colors and Images→ Click Apply→ OK

For FireFox: Go to File→ Page Set-up→ Format & Options→ Print Background (colors & images)→ OK
