Changing Student Program
The Change Student Program option is used by the Course Evaluations Manager to move a group of students from one program to another. This function is useful when students have been imported into the wrong program, or to move students who have graduated into a separate program. For example, this function is used to move students who have graduated from an active program into an 'alumni' program.
Choose the program that the students are currently in from the drop-down menu.
Select the 'To' program from the drop-down menu.
Click 'Update Student Records.' This moves the entire student group into the program selected in step 2.
