Browser Checker

Visit the Blackboard Browser Checker to find out whether your browser is supported by the most recent release of Blackboard.

  • If your browser passes all the checks on the Browser Checker, you should be able to use all of the main features of Blackboard.

  • If the page displays a warning icon and a NOT SUPPORTED message, your web browser is not supported by Blackboard.

If you received a green check and a SUPPORTED message but did not pass all the checks, you should still be able to use most Blackboard features. Some features may require you to enable a plug-in or update its version. Please note that some of Blackboard's content and integrated tools may use pop-up windows. Be prepared to accept pop-ups when required.
