Term

Availability

Available

When you make a course Not available, students can see it in their course lists but can't access it. Instructors see unavailable courses in their course lists and can access them. Available courses are open to students to access or self-enroll in if a course allows self-enrollment.

You can select dates to limit course availability to specific dates. The start and end times are set automatically in the local time of the course creator. If the course creator's local time is Eastern, the time is set by Eastern time. The course will start immediately and the end at 11:59:59.

To limit course availability to a specific number of days after a student enrolls, select Days from the Date of Enrollment and provide the number of days.
