Change Time Zones for Anthology Adopt

You can change the time zone for Anthology Adopt to match your Blackboard environment. This ensures reports and scheduled guides are displayed at the correct times.

Request a time zone change

In Anthology Adopt, the default time zone is Eastern Standard Time ‎(UTC-5)‎. You can change the time zone to match your Blackboard environment. To make a change request:

  1. Open a support case. Log into the Anthology Support Portal and open a new case.

  2. Request a time zone change. When requesting a change, make sure to provide:

    1. URLs for your test and production Blackboard environments;

    2. The desired time zone for your Blackboard environments (e.g. Europe/London);

    3. The date on which the change needs to happen.

Important

Manual Update Required: Previously scheduled guides won’t update automatically. You’ll need to adjust them manually. Processing Time: Changing the time zone will re-process all data, which can take several hours. During this time, usage metrics will show “0”. We recommend making this change outside of business hours to avoid disruption.
