Managers
There are several manager roles within Course Catalog. Their responsibilities encompass the creation and administration of courses, offerings, programs, achievements, and instructor profiles. A single person may have multiple manager roles, or each task may be completed by a different person with a different role.
Course Managers manage courses. This includes creating courses, which is the first step in building the catalog available to learners.
Offering Managers manage offerings. This includes creating offerings once courses are established. Offerings are specific instances of courses that are available for enrollment.
Program Managers manage programs. This includes creating programs by adding already existing courses and offerings. Programs are an optional competent of Course Catalog.
Instructor Managers manage instructor profiles.
Certificate Template Managers manage certificates and upload certificate templates. Certificate and Progress Assigners can add certificates, badges, and progress to offerings.
