Blackboard Course Catalog, formerly known as Training and Development Manager (TDM), is a premium offering from Blackboard that complements an institution’s SIS, enhancing the Blackboard experience and extending education to unregistered learners.

Administrators can set up the Blackboard requirements, configure the Course Catalog settings, and run reports.

Managers can create courses, offerings, instructor profiles, and achievements.

Learners can create accounts, enroll in courses, and view a dashboard that contains information about all their courses and achievements.
