Configuration
Course Catalog comes with several tools that require setup by a Blackboard system admin. These configuration tools allow system admins to set up role configurations, payment service providers, certificate tags, system languages, and more. To access the different configuration screens:
Log into Blackboard with a system admin account.
Access the Administrator Panel.
From the Tools and Utilities section, select Platform Extensions Manager.
Select the appropriate configuration tool.
