Reporting

Institutions that adopt Course Catalog will have access to several reports out of the box. These reports help track the progress of individuals through the courses provided through Course Catalog. Reports are available through the Administration menu for users with the Reporting Manager role.

  1. Select Administration from the home screen.

  2. Choose the Reportingtab.

  3. Select Launch TDM Reports Menu.

A list of the available Course Catalog reports will open in a new tab.

Note

If you can't access the reports, please submit a ticket.

Run Course Catalog reports

  1. Select the report you want to run. The report will open in a new tab.

  2. Enter the report parameters. These are different for each report. The required parameters are marked with an asterisk.

  3. Select the output for the report from the menu. You can choose display, which will open a new window with your results, or any of the offered file types.

  4. Select a set of saved parameters if you want to use a previously saved set.

  5. Select Run Report.

If you have a report that you want to run frequently with the same parameters, you can save those parameters for reuse.

  1. Select the report.

  2. Enter the parameters you want to save.

  3. Select Save Parameters.

  4. Type a name and write an optional description for your parameter set.
