Tracking Career-Based Skill Goals
To create a skill goal set that will track skills that are related to a specific career or field, go to the Goals page. Select New Career-Based Set.

On the Career Goals page, enter the name of a career to track skills for in the search box. Select Find Occupations to prompt a list of related career paths.

You can search for occupations with similar skills by using the Alternate/Related Titles menus.
Once you find a career path you want to track, select the Select button for that occupation.

After choosing an occupation to track skills for, you’ll go to a career skills page. Here you can select job-related skills to track. The How Important Should They Be? slider helps you identify the most important skills for the chosen occupation.
To create a goal for specific skills, select the skills to track from the job-related skills list. After selecting the skills to track, enter a target date for your goal and select Save Career Skills Goal.

After saving, the new Career-Based Skill Goal will be on the Skill Goals page, along with details about your progress towards that goal.
