New Exports Page: Bulk Download Faculty Reports

Blackboard Evaluate has a new Exports page under Reporting. This page gives administrators one place to export and download evaluation data. The first available export type is bulk faculty PDF reports. Blackboard plans to add more export types to this page over time.

Administrators no longer need to download faculty reports one at a time. Instead, they can generate a report for every instructor in a term and evaluation with a single request. All PDFs arrive in one zip file, which makes them easy to share with deans, department chairs, or review committees. Administrators can also filter by organizational unit to pull reports for a single college, a single department, or the whole institution. Requests run in the background, so administrators can keep working while reports process. They can check request progress on the Exports page.
