IDEA: Aggregate Data File Available in Evaluate
Aggregate Date File (ADF) is a comprehensive export of course evaluation data for a specific period, providing a snapshot of all course data at the time it’s created. It serves as a centralized, easy-to-access database for all SRI data. Each row summarizes aggregate data for an individual course, and the file includes multiple tabs breaking down key details like relevant learning objectives, average scores, and response frequencies. Unlike individual reports, ADFs present data in aggregate, allowing you to analyze groups or combinations of courses in ways that directly address your institution’s unique questions and goals.

Note
Depending on the size of the data, report generation may take a significant amount of time. You may continue working in Evaluate or return later to export the report.
If too many surveys are selected (more than 10,000), the user will see the following message: “Too many surveys have been selected. Please modify your date range to reduce the number of surveys included in the report.” Adjust the date range to process a smaller number of surveys.
Report Status Indicators
Once report generation begins, a status indicator will display the progress of the file. The following statuses may appear:
Ready – File is in the preparation phase
In Progress – File is currently being generated
