Access Level Attributes

We're introducing a new enhancement to Distributed Permissions. Administrators can now add Access Level Attributes to specific permissions. This gives administrators greater flexibility and control over who can access reporting within Faculty Reports.

Faculty Reports permissions panel. An Access setting offers four radio button options from None to View Before Release Date, PDFs, and Raw Data Export, with the most permissive option selected. Below, an Access Level list shows two entries, each with organizational unit and tag details, and options to add access level tags or attributes.

Administrators can apply Access Level Tags, Access Level Attributes, or both to permissions in Faculty Reports.

This update continues our ongoing effort to give users more granular control over reporting access.
