Le courriel de l'établissement est distinct du courriel personnel et est utilisé pour les intégrations nécessitant l'utilisation d'une adresse officielle, telle que l'intégration Microsoft Teams. Les administrateurs peuvent modifier l'établissement via le SIE Framework, mais les utilisateurs finaux n'ont aucune option de modification.

Il y a 2 scénarios à envisager :

A. Quand l'adresse courriel de la personne est l'adresse courriel de l'établissement

B. Lorsque le courriel personnel n'est pas celui de l'établissement

L'adresse courriel de la personne est l'adresse courriel de l'établissement

Pour le scénario A, l'adresse e-mail de l'établissement ( inst_email ) est définie par défaut sur l'adresse e-mail personnelle conformément aux spécifications d'intégration du système d'informations pour les étudiants. Aucune action supplémentaire n'est donc requise pour la modifier de la part de l'administrateur.

L'adresse courriel de la personne n'est pas celle de l'établissement

Dans le scénario B, lorsque le champ courriel de la personne n'est pas l'adresse courriel de l'établissement et qu'il est nécessaire de le mettre à jour/modifier, il est possible d'utiliser un script pour renseigner les valeurs du champ courriel institutionnel à l'aide du mappage des champs plutôt que d'ajouter directement des données à ce champ.

Voici un exemple de script permettant de renseigner le champ courriel de l'établissement à l'aide de la zone de texte Utiliser un script personnalisé :

Il est important de noter que si nécessaire, un administrateur peut rétablir le mappage des champs en « Courriel personnel ». Si un script personnalisé a été utilisé, il sera conservé.

Plusieurs valeurs de pronom pour une personne

Il est possible d'envoyer plusieurs valeurs de pronom par étudiant. Ceci est envoyé sous la forme d'une seule entrée FieldValue avec les différentes valeurs séparées par des virgules.

Prononciation du nom

Le champ de prononciation du nom est du texte (Unicode) pour prendre en charge l'orthographe phonétique ou un guide de prononciation. L'échange de fichiers d'enregistrement audio n'est pas pris en charge par le framework d'intégration SIE.
