Blackboard App offers a streamlined, mobile-friendly way to manage your courses for students and instructors.

While some advanced features are only available in the web version, the app covers most day-to-day needs for both instructors and students.

Download and log into the Blackboard App

Download the Blackboard App from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Compatible Devices: iOS 14+ and Android 11+.
Log In: Search for your institution in the app. If it doesn’t appear, contact your school’s help desk.
Language Support: The app is available in over 30 languages and follows your device’s language settings.

Can’t Find Your School? Double-check the name or contact your institution’s help desk.
Login Issues? Your school’s IT support can help with username or password recovery.
Logging Out: Select Menu, then Settings, then Log Out.
Language Not Displaying Correctly? Restart the app after changing your device’s language settings.

Activity Stream:Your landing page shows real-time updates—new content, announcements, grades, and more.
Courses: Select the Courses tab to access your enrolled classes. Instructors can manage content, announcements, and discussions here.
Grades: Select Grades on the main menu to see a quick view of your overall grades for all courses.
More Menu: Access settings, grades, messages, and tools. Instructors can also manage organizations and app preferences.
