Update to the Manage Administration Page
We’re excited to introduce a refreshed Manage Administration page, designed to give users greater flexibility and visibility into how administrations are organized and distributed. Below is a summary of the key improvements:
1. Edit Entire Administration Window
Easily update the Close, Instructor Report, and Administrator Report dates for all course sections within an administration in a single step.
Access the option via the three-dot menu → Edit Dates.
Any changes made will automatically apply to all course sections in that administration window.
Editable fields include:
Evaluation Close Date
Instructor & Administrator Report Dates – Users can modify or clear these dates if they no longer wish to release the corresponding reports.
2. Expand/Collapse All Administration Windows
Quickly expand or collapse all administration windows to simplify navigation and get a clearer overview of evaluation timelines.
3. Improved Administration Window View
We’ve enhanced the layout to make key information easier to find and manage:
Clearer Date Visibility – Instructor and Administrator report dates are now more prominently displayed.
Updated Status Labels – Statuses now feature clear, color-coded indicators for quick identification.
Better Organization – Each administration window is visually distinct, includes paging, and allows focused navigation within that window.
Enhanced Search Functionality – Search now supports instructor names and partial matches for faster results.
4. Add/Remove Course Sections & Extend Administration Windows
Managing course sections is now simpler than ever:
Add or Remove Courses directly from the Manage Administration page to ensure each administration includes the correct course sections.
Extend Administration Windows or Individual Course Sections as needed for greater scheduling flexibility.
