Preparing for Evaluation Season with Anthology Evaluate
Preparing for Evaluation Season with Anthology Evaluate
As we dive into another exciting academic year, it’s time to start thinking about evaluations and Anthology Evaluate. Whether you’ve begun preparations or are just getting started, now is the perfect opportunity to review some key steps that will help you smoothly navigate through the evaluation process.
Step 1: Verify Imported Data via Data Management
First things first – Check in with your Data Management team to ensure that your data will be imported in time for your Administration/s, especially if the data imports are not already set for automation. Also, take a moment to review the imported data within Evaluate. This step is crucial to ensure that your evaluations reflect the correct term, courses, instructors, and student enrollments.
Step 2: Finalize Evaluation Setup with Potential Custom Questions
Next, you’ll want to finalize your Administration setup. In addition to the Core Questions, you may also consider whether you’d like to include any custom questions that reflect additional feedback you’re seeking from students. Custom Questions can be added based on the Organizational Unit and/or the Course Section Attributes.
Step 3: Permissions and Reporting Assignments Assigned Correctly
Make sure that permissions and reporting assignments are set up correctly. This ensures that everyone involved has the necessary access to view and analyze the evaluation results, facilitating a smoother review process.
Step 4: Confirm Your Administrations Established Successfully
Double-check that your Administration is set up for success. Review key items, such as term, Administration dates, and both Instructor and Administrator Report Release dates. This step is vital for ensuring that everything runs seamlessly during the Administration.
Step 5: Schedule Mailing Campaigns
Finally, don’t forget to schedule your mailing campaign! Ensure that all communications are in place to inform students and faculty about the Administration and to encourage participation. Multiple well-timed reminders can significantly increase response rates.
By following these steps, you’ll be well-prepared for a successful evaluation period. For more detailed information, please log in to the Anthology Academy and check out the Evaluate: Survey Administration Checklist Guide.
