This document includes links to three surveys designed to inform your communications and training strategies with instructors and students, and to track changes in usage and attitude toward accessibility.

Accessibility Awareness Survey for Faculty

Distribute to faculty at the beginning of the semester, preferably before classes officially begin. If your institution is new to Ally, disseminate prior to your Ally roll-out to gauge instructor knowledge, practices, and attitudes toward accessibility for all learners.

Ally Feedback Survey for Faculty

Distribute to faculty after Ally has been enabled in all courses. Use this survey as a follow-up to the accessibility awareness survey.
