We are excited to announce enhancements to the LMS import process with a new full-page view. This immersive and comprehensive interface allows users to focus on detailed content without distractions, improving navigation and accessibility.

Additionally, in response to user feedback, we have introduced a review step during the LMS results import. Users will now be prompted to review and verify all assessment selections to mitigate any possible errors before completing the import process.

Blackboard users can now view more detailed gradebook assessment information in Anthology Outcomes. This includes the Grade Category assigned to an assessment in the LMS and the total points value associated with it. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to our article on using the Blackboard Integration features.

We have introduced an Assessment Search feature within each course, allowing users to quickly find course assessments for import. Blackboard users will also search context for the assessment category and total points (note: this feature is not available for Canvas). The search functionality supports multiple terms and sorts items by best match for enhanced efficiency.

Rubrics enhance the grading process by making it more systematic, transparent, and aligned with learning outcomes, ultimately supporting both teaching and learning. To support users who align their rubric criteria with specific outcomes tracked at various levels within the Outcomes tool, Anthology Outcomes now supports the aggregation of Blackboard rubrics by criteria for assessment results. With this enhancement, users leveraging the Blackboard Integration can select data from particular criteria (or a set of criteria) to be used as evidence of outcome achievement in Outcomes.
