Refresh Rates for Canonical Data Models

These are the refresh cadences and start times for Each CDM in Illuminate. Completion may take longer depending on data volume and processing time.

  1. CDM_LMS (Blackboard): Dros nos, wedi'i alinio â pharth amser enghreifftiau Blackboard.

    • US (us-east-1) refreshes at 0:20 AM, America/New York

    • EU (eu-central-1) refreshes at 1:00 AM, Europe/Prague

    • SG (ap-southeast-1) refreshes at 1:00 AM, Asia/Singapore

    • SYD (ap-southeast-2) refreshes at 1:00 AM, Australia/Sydney

    • CA (ca-centra-1) refreshes at 1:00 AM, Canada/Central

  2. CDM_ALY (Ally): every 12 hours at 00:00 and 12:00 UTC.

  3. CDM_CLB (Class Collaborate): bob 2 awr.

  4. CDM_CRM (Anthology Reach): every 24 hours at 15:00 UTC.

  5. CDM_MAP (Mapping): every 2 hours.

  6. CDM_MEDIA (Video Studio): near real-time.

  7. CDM_META (Metadata): static data with no recurring refresh schedule.

  8. CDM_SIS (Myfyriwr Blodeugerdd): unwaith y dydd am 8:00 AM UTC

    • For Student: 8:00 AM UTC

    • For Peoplesoft: 8:00 AM, depending on the AWS region where the instance is hosted:

      • US (us-east-1) refreshes at 8:00 AM, America/New York

      • EU (eu-central-1) refreshes at 8:00 AM, Europe/Prague

      • SG (ap-southeast-1) refreshes at 8:00 AM, Asia/Singapore

      • SYD (ap-southeast-2) refreshes at 8:00 AM, Australia/Sydney

      • CA (ca-centra-1) refreshes at 8:00 AM, Canada/Central

  9. CDM_TLM (Telemetry from multiple Anthology solutions): every 30 minutes.

  10. LEARN (Blackboard source tables exclusive for Illuminate Premium): every 4 hours.
