Encompass - 2026.4 Release Notes

August, 2026

U.S. - 3 August, Monday evening | Canada - 4 August, Monday evening | Australia - 4 August, Tuesday morning

Release Highlights & Benefits

  • Enhancement: Admins can now select an Encompass member when sending a preview email. The sent preview uses data from the selected member’s record to populate supported tokenized content, giving admins a more realistic example of how personalized information will appear to recipients. This helps admins confirm that variable content is pulling the expected values before sending the final email, reducing the risk of missing or incorrect personalization. The on-screen email preview does not change. The selected member’s data appears in the preview email that is sent.

  • Accessibility: This release continues our ongoing work to improve accessibility. These improvements apply only to the specific Encompass pages, sections, and controls identified such as Giving Form Gift Amount Controls, Giving Form Fund Search and Transaction Summary, Giving Form Section Headings, Membership Form Section Headings, Membership Form Personal Information Fields, Event Registration Form Structure and Input Purpose, Form Payment Controls and Credit-Card Help, Form Review Page Headings and Email Lists & Segments Delete Dialog.

  • Bug fixes: Encompass Forms, Email Marketing, Scoreboards and Event Registration.

Enhancement Spotlight: Enhanced Email Preview Experience for Encompass Administrators

This enhancement helps admins verify that dynamic content is pulling the correct values before sending the final email, reducing the risk of missing or incorrect personalization. The on-screen email preview remains unchanged; only the sent preview email reflects the selected member’s data. Admins can select an Encompass member when sending a preview email. The preview email uses data from the selected member’s record to populate supported personalization tokens, providing a more accurate representation of how the email will appear to recipients.

  • Marketing teams can test campaign emails using real member-based personalization before sending, helping ensure messaging appears as intended.

  • Admins can verify that tokenized content is pulling the correct values during the review process, reducing the risk of errors.

  • Support and Service teams gain better visibility into personalized content, making it easier to troubleshoot email personalization issues.

  • Constituents benefit by receiving emails that have been more thoroughly reviewed and validated, resulting in a more accurate and polished communication experience.

Description

Encompass Forms

283430
