Illuminate へのログインには、教育機関の設定に基づいて 2 つの方法があります:
機関認証：Illuminateの機関認証を有効にした機関は、その機関の他のシステムへのログインに使用するのと同じ認証情報を使用してサインインします。
ネイティブ認証：Illuminateの機関認証を有効にしていない機関は、Illuminate用に作成された認証情報を使用します。
機関認証でサインイン
https://illuminate.blackboard.comにアクセスし、サインインを選択します。サインイン画面が表示されます。
機関アカウントでサインイン を選択します。
検索画面で教育機関名を入力し、検索結果から選択します。
教育機関のログインページ (Blackboard LMS または SAML ログインページのいずれか) が表示されます。所属機関の認証情報でサインインしてください。
ヒント
Blackboard LMSの認証情報でログインできない場合は、Blackboard LMSでパスワードをリセットしてみてください。
ネイティブ認証でサインイン
サインインを選択します。
Illuminate アカウントでサインインを選択します。
Blackboard LMSインスタンスがホストされている地域を選択し、［続行］を選択します。
注記
お住まいの地域とホスティング地域が異なる場合があります。お住まいの地域が不明な場合は、管理者にお尋ねください。
Illuminateのユーザー名とパスワードを入力し、サインインを選択します。
Reset password
If you are using native authentication, you can reset your password as described here.
If you're using your institutional authentication, you must contact your system administrator to reset your password.
注記
You're prompted to reset your password every 90 days.
Log in to illuminate.blackboard.com using your Blackboard Illuminate account.
Alternatively, go to your Snowflake Reader account and select Log in using the Auth0 .
Select your SaaS Hosting Region.
From the Illuminate account sign-in screen, select Don't remember your password?.
Enter your Illuminate user email into the email field.
Select Send Email. A confirmation message appears.
Check your inbox for an email from Blackboard Illuminate. If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
In the email, select Confirm. You'll be redirected to the Change Password page.
From the Change Password page, set your new password. After you enter and confirm your new password, you'll see a message confirming the password change.
Go back to your Snowflake Reader account or illuminate.blackboard.com sign-in.

Your account must be created and activated by Blackboard Provisioning for this process to work.
