You can manage Canned Responses effectively from the Canned Response Manager. To open the Canned Response Manager, select Canned Responses from the Edit menu in any Workspace, except Analytics.

The following table describes the components of the Canned Response Manager:

Component

Description.

Search Area

Enables you to search for a Canned Responses using the Content, Language, Media, Category, and Team fields.

Table View

Lists all Canned Responses (both Contact-based and Lead-based) that satisfy a specified Search condition.

Preview pane

Displays the content in the language, media, and format of the Canned Response selected in the Table View.

Command Buttons

Enable you to manage Canned Responses.

From the Canned Response Manager, you can create, categorize, insert, edit, locate, share, delete, and restore a Canned Response.

Note 

By default, the Canned Response Manager displays the titles of Canned Responses created in the language for which Talisma Client is configured. If you have not created Canned Responses in this language, and have created them in other languages, the Canned Response Manager displays the title in any one of those languages.
