The Lead Table View

The Lead Table View displays the list of leads that match the parameters configured in your filter. The Table View includes columns that display properties of a lead, such as the Lead ID, Name, Email, and Phone.

Select a lead from the Table View by clicking the corresponding row. The selected lead's details are displayed in the Item View pane (if your workspace is configured to have an Item View pane).

Menu Options in the Lead Table View

The Table View includes the following menus options:

New Create a new record by selecting the appropriate instance from the drop-down menu.
Delete Delete selected leads. For more information, see Deleting a Lead.
Send Email Send an email to the selected leads. For more information, see Sending an Email Message to Leads.
Send SMS Send a short message to the selected leads. For more information, see Sending an SMS Message to Leads
Assign Assign selected lead records to another user within the same team. For more information, see Assigning a Lead.
Categorize Categorize the selected leads. For more information, see Categorizing a Lead.
Merge Merge two contact records into one single record. For more information, see Merging Leads.
Set Properties Set properties of multiple contacts. For more information, see Setting Properties for a Lead.
Transfer Transfer selected lead records to another user from a different team. For more information, see Transferring a Lead
