Categorizing a Lead

Permissions Required: Manage Lead Categories

When a lead is categorized, the action is displayed in the History tab of the record if the categorization event is selected to be displayed from Business Administrator,

To Categorize a Lead from the Table View

1.  Go to the Lead workspace, and select the Lead to be categorized.

2.  From the menu bar, click Categorize. Alternatively, select the required record and right-click. From the available options, select Categorize.

The Category Manager window is displayed.

3.  From the Select Team drop-down list, select the appropriate team to view all associated categories.

4.  From the List of Categories, select the required categories with which you want the lead to be associated.

5.  Click OK.
