Deleting a Lead

Permissions Required: Delete Lead

You can delete a lead record that is not required.

To Delete a Lead

1.  On the Home page, click the workspace tile of the Lead object.

2.  Select the required lead record from the Table View.

3.  From the menu bar, click Delete.

Alternatively, right-click the lead record you want to delete and select Delete.

Note 

You cannot delete a lead record if:

•   A response to the Lead is in progress.

•   You do not have access to one or more teams in which the Lead has interactions.
