Working with Twilio Integration
The topics in this section provide information on working with the Twilio integration in Anthology Reach.
Configure Consent for SMS for a Contact Record-
In the Anthology Reach Model-driven app (MDA), select the Reach area.

In the Constituents sitemap, select Contacts and select the required contact record.

Select the Contact Overview tab, and in the Contact Preferences section, update the value of the SMS Text field to Allow.

Select the Save menu option.
Steps to Send a Message using Twilio Provider-
In the Anthology Reach Model-driven app (MDA), select the Reach area.

In the Constituents sitemap, select Contacts and select the required contact record.

Select the Contact Overview tab, and in the Timeline section select the plus icon, and then the Message Details[Preview] option.

In the New Message Details[Preview] page, specify the following details in the General tab:

Text Message Sender - Search for the Text Message Sender record for Twilio and select it.

Message - specify the message that needs to be sent to the contact.

Select the Send button.
Receiving a text messageThe incoming SMS message is by default assigned to the owner of the text message sender ID record (e.g. Long code owner.) in Anthology Reach.
