Prerequisites for Twilio Integration

Place a request to Twilio support to get a new Twilio account for each Reach customer organization and get the following details:

  • Account SID

  • Authentication Token

Place a request to Twilio support to get the text message sender ID (Long code or Toll-free number) for the Twilio account.
