Application Review
Each institution's application review process is unique to them and requires a configurable solution. They need easy access to insightful data to support not only application review but administrative decision-making. In application review, institutions are challenged with trying to coordinate multiple reviewers who may be on-site or remote, and centralized or decentralized offices. The reviewers expect an easy to use, intuitive interface that saves them time.
The Anthology Reach Application Review feature is a web-based interface that provides a streamlined process for admissions offices to expedite application reviews, student selection, and offers of admission. The Application Review feature is built on Anthology Reach and directly connects to constituent entity information, and leverages native Anthology Reach functionality.
For example. using the Application Review feature, a graduate program advisor (typically an institution's staff member) coordinates the application review process by configuring Review Forms, Review Bundles, and assigning Applications and Reviewers to Review Bundles. Reviewers assigned to a Review Bundle, review the Applications and submit their reviews for further processing of the application. The Application is then added to another Review Bundle for the next round of review or is nominated for a different program based on the workflow configured in the Review Bundle.
