Checklist for Enabling the DNC Feature

Customer sends a request to PossibleNOW to create an SFTP account.

PossibleNOW provides the following details for the Account:

•   Account ID

•   Account Name

•   SFTP User name

•   SFTP Password

For more information, see Information from PossibleNOW.

Specify the Account ID, User name and Password of the SFTP Account obtained in step 1.

For more information, see Configure the DNCAccountConfig.xml File.

PossibleNOW provides the folder structure for:

•   Global Configuration

•   Brand Configuration (if Brand based DNC is configured)

•   Upload a sample input file to the input folder

•   Download the output file from the output folder

•   Ensure that a comma is not added at the end of any line in the content of the output file

Specify the folder structures provided by PossibleNOW.

For more information, see Configure the DNCAccountConfig.xml File.

Perform the following tasks by executing various stored procedures:

1.   Enable the DNC Option.

2.  Set the SFTP Account details obtained from PossibleNOW.

3.  Enable the Brand Option for DNC.

4.  Set the folder Configurations.

Run the sproc_ConfigureCustomEBRPropertyForDNC 20005 stored procedure.
