Talisma is powered by one of the most comprehensive reporting tools that efficiently analyzes and reports on data, irrespective of the size of the data. Talisma Analytics provides you with the ability to view data from different perspectives, and to analyze the data on a variety of parameters, thereby maximizing data-value and enabling better planning.

Talisma Functionality Reports

Talisma Analytics provides you with numerous reports that enable you to detect trends, monitor work status, forecast requirements, and diagnose problems. The reports cater to:

•   Talisma Event Management

•   Talisma Service

•   Talisma Marketing

•   Talisma Sales

•   Talisma Health Check

Talisma Event Management enables you to coordinate and conduct Events, and monitor various logistical tasks that need to be performed to ensure the Events are successful. You can also send Mailers to Targets in a Talisma Campaign inviting them to participate in the Event.

Note 

You can run an Event report to track the percentage of Targets who have confirmed their attendance.

The Talisma Service functionality delivers world-class customer support through conventional and electronic communication channels, enabling you to log Interactions from different media, such as e-mail, chat, phone, SMS, fax, letter, and in-person meetings. Talisma Analytics provides you with reports that enable you to monitor the productivity and performance of the service division in your organization. Using these reports, you can track service levels, and study trends such as the level of Media usage, and the Media that yield best results.

Example  

You can generate a report to track the number of Interactions resolved in the current week. You can compare this week's figures with the previous week's data to monitor the performance of your customer support executives.

Talisma Marketing enables the marketing department in your organization to design, launch, and monitor effective promotional Campaigns to boost sales. Talisma Analytics tracks valuable information such as the responses to a Campaign, the Return on Investment (ROI) on a Campaign, the turn-around time of a Campaign, and the effectiveness of the chosen Target segment.

Example  

You can generate reports to extract Mailer response statistics for a Campaign.

Talisma Analytics helps you in analysis-related activities such as monitoring the sales Pipeline and the performance of sales representatives, determining the time required to convert an Opportunity into an Order, forecasting sales, and scheduling production.

Example  

You can run a report that provides an Owner-wise count of Opportunities expected to close in the current week. You can then track the performance of sales representatives, based on the number of Opportunities generated by each of them.

Features of Talisma Analytics

Talisma Analytics is designed to provide enhanced tools for data analysis and interpretation. Using Talisma Analytics, you can create, view, schedule, and publish different types of reports.

Predefined Reports

Talisma provides a set of predefined reports for Service, Marketing, Sales, Event management, and Talisma Health Check modules.

These predefined reports help you analyze data without creating reports. You can modify the parameters for any predefined report, based on your requirements.

Creating Reports

Talisma Analytics comprises step-by-step wizards that enable you to create simple reports, as well as to build a collated set of reports. It also provides additional tools to build complex reports based on SQL queries for advanced usage.

Viewing Reports

Talisma computes data based on your requirements, analyzes the results, and displays the reports in the Results pane of the Analytics Workspace. The Results pane uses Microsoft® Excel for display purposes.

After a report is generated and displayed in Microsoft® Excel, you can modify the parameters, and view the modified report in the Results pane. You can then choose to save or send the modified report by e-mail to other Users.

Scheduling Reports

Talisma Analytics enables you to schedule reports for an absolute date and time in the future.

Example  

You have launched a Campaign in New York. You can schedule a Campaign report, containing Mailer response statistics, to run next Tuesday at 3 PM.

You can also define a recurring schedule in which the report will be run regularly, at the specified intervals.

Example  

You can schedule a report indicating the weekly sales forecast to run every Tuesday on a recurring basis.

Publishing Reports

You can publish reports from the Talisma Analytics Workspace to a computer whose resources are shared over a local area network (LAN). The reports can be published as MS Excel or HTML files.
