To Send a Report by E-mail

1.  In any Workspace, select Analytics from the GoTo menu. The Talisma Analytics Workspace is displayed.

2.  In the My Reports pane, select the folder in which the report is saved: the My Folders folder, the Favorites folder, or any other folder in which you have placed the report.

3.  Select the report you want to send by e-mail.

4.  From the File menu, select Send Report.

Click . The New Message window is displayed. The Report is inserted as an MS Excel file in the Attachment pane of the New Message window.

5.  In the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: fields, enter the e-mail addresses of the people to whom you want to send the report.

6.  In the Subject field, type the subject of the message.

If you are logging the Message as a new Interaction, the Subject field is mandatory if your Business Administrator User has configured Subject as a Mandatory Property in Talisma Business Administrator.

7.  Type the message to send along with the Report.

8.  Click .

Note 

•   To view the report from an e-mail message, double-click the attachment icon.

•   You can send a scheduled report by e-mail. This report is sent every time the report is run.

•   You can send only one report by e-mail at a time.

•   A report saved in the HTML format cannot be sent as an attachment in e-mail.
