Integration with Microsoft Power Automate
This section describes how you can integrate Faculty Workload Management (FWM) module of Anthology Student with Microsoft Power Automate. You must import Power Automate sample solution and configure Microsoft Power Automate before you can automate approval and eSign process and configure the settings in Anthology Student.
Prerequisites for Integrating with Microsoft Power Automate
To integrate Anthology Student with Microsoft Power Automate, the following prerequisites are required:

Your institution must be a Anthology Cloud customer

You must have Microsoft Power Automate user licences for Cloud flows (DPA) and Standard, premium, and custom connectors. Please contact your Microsoft representative if you have questions related to licensing associated with the prerequisites.
You can use either of the third-party eSignature options:

SignNow: You must have license for SignNow. You must be familiar with Background for SignNow eSignature

Adobe Sign: You must have license for Adobe Sign. You must be familiar with Background for Adobe Sign eSignature

DocuSign: You must have license for DocuSign. You must be familiar with Background for DocuSign eSignature.
