Date Types

Description
Date types are dates that can be assigned to workers, such as anniversaries or performance reviews.
These dates are usually not used in pay processing, but can be used in deriving dates in calculations.
Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date type | Name of the date type |
| Short code | 5-character identifier. Defaults to the first five characters of the name. |
| Date type description | Long description of the date type |
| Minimum date | Earliest date that can be specified when this date type is assigned to a worker |
| Maximum date | Latest date that can be specified when this date type is assigned to a worker |
| Active date | First date the record is in effect |
| Expiry date | Last date the record is in effect |
