Worker Dates

Description
This form tracks a worker's important dates. For example, a worker might have an upcoming review date or special anniversary worth noting.
Worker dates are not used in pay processing.
Fields
| Field | Description |

| Position | The worker's position |
| Description | Long description of the worker's position |
| Date type | Type of date recorded for the worker. See date types. |
| Worker date | The calendar date recorded for the worker |
