Sending an Email Notification to Bundle Owners
An email will be sent to bundle owners that displays the count of completed and pending reviews owned by head reviewers. The format of the email is as follows:
Subject Line - <Bundle Name> Summary
Reviews completed in <bundle name> - <# of reviews with head review submitted>
Reviews remaining in <bundle name> - <# of reviews with head review not submitted>
The email will be sent only for those applications displayed in the Assigned Applications grid.
To enable the email to be sent:
- The Coordinator Notifications option must be set to On.
- The Application Review - Notify Bundle Progress to Owner flow must be activated. By default, it's deactivated, and it’s set to dispatch the email every Friday at 3 PM. Institutions can copy the flow and modify the frequency and time settings to suit their usage.
- In the owner’s mailbox, the value Success must be set in the Incoming Email Status and Outgoing Email Status fields.
Usage Scenario
The head reviewer Tom needs to complete 2 reviews in the following applications:
- AppRev – Meg (Summer Admission)
- AppRev – Parker (Fall Admission)
The admissions coordinator (also the owner of the Current Admissions bundle) will receive the following emails:

Notes:
- The above emails will also be included in the All Emails view in the Activities menu.
- An email will not be sent to the owner when Tom completes both his reviews. However, the email will be sent to the owner again if any of Tom’s reviews are unlocked. This occurs because the review returns to an unsubmitted state. For information about unlocking reviews, see Administrative and Coordinator Options.
