Transactions Released from a SIS
When Anthology Finance & HCM is integrated with a SIS, student transactions created in the SIS are sent to Anthology Finance & HCM and are posted automatically. For more information about automatic posting of student transactions, see Posting student transactions.
Note
If the Zip code associated with a student in the student transaction record is not available in D365, the student transaction is created only after the ZIP code is successfully added in D365.
The ZIP code is created in D365 only when a valid country and/or state details are sent along with the ZIP code from the Student system.
When a student transaction is posted, corresponding journal entries are created and posted in Anthology Finance & HCM. Each transaction from the SIS refers to a unique journal line.
